STANDARD TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
TERMS:
Net 30 days on credit-approved domestic accounts, finance charges may
accrue after that period. International accounts by arrangement. COD or
Credit Card (Visa & Master Card) payments accepted.
SHIPPING:
FOB Westbury New York. Freight pre-paid with insurance added unless
otherwise specified.
LEAD TIME:
Lead-time is subject to change. SHIPPING
date will be acknowledged at time of order placement
ORDER
CONDITIONS:
Prices
are based on ALM receiving a firm scheduled order for the entire quantity.
Deliveries may be specified over a period of up to one year.
ALM may pull in orders based on manufacturing
capacity and capabilities. Orders can be pushed out with proper notice to
a date not to extend beyond one year of the original purchase order date.
ALM reserves the right to change manufacturing processes or
procedures as long as the final product is not impacted.
Upon expiration of the blanket order, one year from
implementation, the balance of units due on the order will be shipped
unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
If the total quantity ordered is not shipped against
the order within the 12-month period. ALM reserves the right to adjust
pricing based on the actual quantity shipped.
ALM may produce components in advance of ship dates
and for future releases for a quantity or time period mutually agreed upon
in advance. Customer agrees to accept any produced parts or pay for
modifications prior to implementing any design or product change.
CANCELLATION:
Cancelled orders may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover finished
goods, work in process, and raw materials.
ALM reserves the right to set charges.
RETURNS:
All application specific components are custom manufactured for individual
orders. Parts cannot be returned for restocking. No returned components
accepted without a return authorization number.
QUOTATION:
Prices quoted are valid for 90 days.
